Whining of the One Overrides the Rule of the Many
One of the most basic foundations in the United States is that the majority of the people rule. However, in the past 50 years, that foundation is being steadily replaced with a different foundation that states that the screaming and crying few will rule over the majority.

One of the latest examples of this is taking place in Brookville, IN, the county seat of Franklin County. The county courthouse has hosted a Nativity scene on it front lawn for over 50 years. They have never had anyone complain about it until this year.
Earlier this week, a liberal group from Wisconsin has filed a complaint against the county for violating the supposed separation of church and state. The county commissioners are trying to figure out if they want to cave into the demands of an out of state disgruntled group or stand up for the rights of majority of the county’s residents. A poll was taken amongst many of Franklin County’s population concerning their views of the nativity and over 90% responded that they are in favor of keeping the nativity scene right where it is on the courthouse front lawn.
What’s happening in Brookville is an all too familiar story. One person complains about their personal beliefs, (which differs greatly from the beliefs of the majority) and the case goes all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court who in turn rules that the whining of the one overrides the rule of the many. Or what about when 80% of the voters in a state vote to establish a law and then a whining few file complaints and the liberal courts listen to the crybabies and declare the will of the people to be illegal. The same thing has happened time and time again.
I defy anyone to show me where it is stated in the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights or any of the 17 other Amendments, that the complaints of one individual will supersede the ruling of the many.
How long America are we going to allow one or two individuals who are against every truth our nation was founded upon, to change all of the rules and laws that the majority of loyal Americans have established?
When are American citizens going to start standing up for their rights and make their voices heard?
