Beware of Liberal Revisionist History
“A wonderful gift to the children of this country.” -- Tom Brokaw. The above quote is found on the front cover of the book, The American Story: 100 True Tales from American History. I discovered this book at our local public library last week. I was there gathering books for the next two weeks of school. We will be studying the United States. I chose this book because it looks great. The illustrations are wonderful, and the stories are short – just right for young children.
