Obama:
Accepting Nobel is unconstitutional
People can, and undoubtedly will, argue for some time about whether President Barack Obama deserves the Nobel Peace Prize. Meanwhile, though, there's a simpler and more immediate question: Does the Constitution allow him to accept the award?
