From the most transparent administration ever
Barack Obama promised transparency, but he hasn't done a very good job sticking to that promise. The latest blow came from FrakenDodd's Financial (disaster) Reform bill - the SEC now does not have to comply to Freedom of Information Act requests. But don't worry - the SEC came out today and announced (seriously) that you can email them with any concerns. Wow.
