We're supposed to look the other way. When we are confronted with sheer ignorance, when we are confronted with sheer, naked stupidity, when we are staring at genuine dumbness, we're supposed to look the other way, because she cares about people. We're supposed to look the other way because she has compassion. We're supposed to look the other way because she knows that George Bush is the real enemy. We're supposed to look the other way because she knows the Tea Party is the real extremists. We're supposed to look the other way because Barbara Boxer knows that it's conservatives who pose the greatest threat to this country. We're supposed to look the other way because Christine O'Donnell is stupid. We're supposed to look the other way because Barbara Boxer knows that Sharron Angle is an extremist tool of the special interests.
